    • For international orders, we also use AusPost or trusted international carriers, depending on the destination country.

    • Estimated delivery times within Australia range from 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

    • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can range from 7-21 business days.

    • Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, especially during peak periods or customs clearance.

  4. Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

    • The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

    • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Order Tracking:

    • We provide tracking information for all shipped orders.

    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

    • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Pick up Policy

  1. Local Pick-Up Option:

    • We offer a convenient local pick-up option for customers who are located in our designated pick-up area.

    • Select "Local Pick-Up" as your shipping method during the checkout process to utilize this option.

  2. Pick-Up Location and Hours:

    • Our pick-up location is Inner South East Melbourne [You will receive a text message for the location as we don't have a physical store yet].

    • Pick-up hours are Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM.

    • Please ensure that you only visit our pick-up location during the designated hours.

  3. Placing a Pick-Up Order:

    • To place a pick-up order, follow the regular ordering process on our website.

    • During the checkout process, select "Local Pick-Up" as your shipping method.

    • Complete the payment for your order.

  4. Confirmation and Pick-Up Instructions:

    • Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick-up, you will receive an order confirmation email.

    • Additionally, you will receive a text message notification with further pick-up instructions, including the pick-up address and a unique pick-up code.

  5. Pick-Up Procedure:

    • Visit our pick-up location during the designated pick-up hours.

    • When you arrive, please ensure you have your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

    • Follow the instructions provided in the text message to locate the pick-up area within our premises.

    • Present your order confirmation email and photo ID to our staff.

    • Our staff will verify your information and retrieve your order for pick-up.

  6. Proxy Pick-Up:

    • If you are unable to pick up your order in person, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

    • Please provide the authorized person with a copy of your order confirmation email and a signed letter of authorization.

    • The authorized person must also present a valid photo ID for verification.

  7. Pick-Up Deadline:

    • Orders must be picked up within 7 days from the date of the order confirmation.

    • If an order is not picked up within the designated timeframe, it will be subject to our regular return policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Return Process:

    • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Exchange Process:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. (Damaged/Incorrect items only)

    • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
