Our pick-up location is Inner South East Melbourne [You will receive a text message for the location as we don't have a physical store yet].

Pick-up hours are Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM.

Please ensure that you only visit our pick-up location during the designated hours.

Placing a Pick-Up Order:

To place a pick-up order, follow the regular ordering process on our website.

During the checkout process, select "Local Pick-Up" as your shipping method.

Complete the payment for your order.

Confirmation and Pick-Up Instructions:

Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick-up, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Additionally, you will receive a text message notification with further pick-up instructions, including the pick-up address and a unique pick-up code.

Pick-Up Procedure:

Visit our pick-up location during the designated pick-up hours.

When you arrive, please ensure you have your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

Follow the instructions provided in the text message to locate the pick-up area within our premises.

Present your order confirmation email and photo ID to our staff.

Our staff will verify your information and retrieve your order for pick-up.

Proxy Pick-Up:

If you are unable to pick up your order in person, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

Please provide the authorized person with a copy of your order confirmation email and a signed letter of authorization.

The authorized person must also present a valid photo ID for verification.

Return & Exchange Policy

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
